Your payment is 100% secure, and if you change your mind, you can request a full refund anytime before launch (minus a small £7 processing fee). No, memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual who signs up.

Yes, you can request a full refund after your viewing or on the month of launch. The initial £7 processing fee is non-refundable.
Yes, all pre-launch members will receive progress updates via emails and our social media.
We will have Saunas, ice baths and steam rooms. The Jacuzzi is pending approval.
Yes, the gym will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any closures for maintenance or holidays like Eid will be announced on our website and social media. The Spa will be open from 7am to midnight everyday. Subject to change in the future
Pre-launch members will be invited to a special event where they’ll be the first to view and access the gym space before anyone else. From 1-10 October,the pre-launch members will be the first to view and use the space.
You’ll be notified via email, including the progress of the gym, will be shared closer to the launch.
