  • Unlimited Classes + Gym Access Per Month – Includes unlimited classes along with full access to our gym facilities, including showers.
  • Our packages give you access to all our dynamic classes, each tailored to specific fitness goals. Here’s a brief overview:

    • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
      Benefits: Burn calories fast, improve endurance, and boost metabolism. Ideal for those looking to maximize results in a short time.

    • Glutes Class
      Benefits: Sculpt, strengthen, and tone your glute muscles while enhancing lower body strength and stability.

    • Core Class
      Benefits: Build a strong and stable core, improve posture, and enhance overall functional fitness.

    • Functional Fitness Class
      Benefits: Mimics real-life movements to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility, reducing the risk of injuries.

    • Boxercise
      Benefits: Boost cardiovascular fitness, improve coordination, tone muscles, and relieve stress through boxing-inspired moves.

  • The 3-session package must be used within 4 weeks of the date of purchase. This ensures you stay consistent with your fitness routine. The FREE session is only for first time buyers of the starter package.
  • Each package is designed to meet specific needs, so mixing packages isn’t available. However, you can upgrade to a higher-tier package at any time.

 

  • It’s simple! Visit our reception desk or sign up online through our website (please fill in the registration form). If you’re an existing gym member, speak to our staff about upgrading your membership.

  • All packages are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. However, packages are non-refundable, so be sure to choose the best fit for your fitness goals.
  • Yes, these packages are part of our exclusive New Year 2025 promo offer. It’s the perfect opportunity to prioritise your health and fitness goals.
  • Yes! Existing gym members can upgrade their membership to include access to our classes. This is a great way to complement your regular gym routine with instructor-led sessions.
  • All sessions must be booked in advance. You can book classes up to 1 week in advance to secure your spot. This ensures an organised environment and allows us to manage class sizes effectively. Walk-ins without a booking will not be accommodated.
  • Yes! Signing up with a friend can make the experience even more fun and motivating. 
  • Just bring yourself and a positive attitude! All the equipment you need will be provided at the gym, so you can focus on giving your best in every session.
  • No, all classes are non-refundable, even if you attend just one class and decide it’s not for you. This is an investment in yourself. When you sign up, you’re committing to a journey of self-improvement. Sticking with the program, persevering through each session, and pushing past any doubts will leave you with no regrets and lasting results. Remember, you’re worth the investment!
  • No, your class cannot be transferred to another person. This is your fitness journey and your personal commitment. Sticking with it will build not just your physical strength but also your mental resilience. You signed up for this challenge, and we believe you have what it takes to see it through!

Yes, if existing members upgrade their gym membership to include class access, the upgraded package is also on a roll-on basis. Members wishing to cancel must notify the admin via email before their next payment date. This ensures you won’t be billed for the following month.
